Problem with WhatsApp audios

When I receive an audio notification to the WhatsApp while I listen to it, my notification tone sounds almost at the same volume.

If the audio lasts 1 minute, it is one minute playing, again and again ... Until the audio ends.

Someone else happens? And you know how to fix it?

go to to settings -> notifications -> app notifications

There I have deactivated the option "Audio playback" and just in case ... "sending multimedia"

PD: I don't know how to change the query status to solved, if someone tells me I do.
