• go to the settings menu from the phone
• click on wireless connections and networks here
• click on the mobile network tab
• ,Deactive the VoLTE calls tab

• First, touch the Phone icon on the main screen of our phone.
• Click the ellipsis (…) icon in the lower right corner of the search screen that opens.

• From the drop-down menu, enter the Settings section.
• In the Settings screen that opens, you can make many settings changes related to the search.
• At the bottom of the page, enter the Additional settings section.
• You can see Call waiting in the first row in the additional settings page.
• Call waiting is disabled if the button on the right side is gray and appears passively.
• Tap the button to activate Call waiting.
