We know how annoying it is to try to search for an application and that Google Play stops all the time. This happens a lot and most of the time it is due to corrupted cache memory. It should be fixed with steps similar to those mentioned above.

The solution

Despite the fact that the menus vary, most Android devices have the same options. Therefore, you just need to go to Settings - Applications - Google Play Store - Delete Cache Memory and Data - Restart your phone. This should repair the problem. But, if it doesn't work, try to do the same with Google Play Store Services and Google Services Framework.
